Funding and partnering opportunities

In addition to well-known funding from the Academy of Finland, EU, Tekes and various foundations (UTU pages; ÅAU pages), you can also get funding for your research from the private sector. Several pharmaceutical companies search for new drug development ideas all the time and offer partnering opportunities. However, it is strongly recommended that you contact university lawyers and innovation managers before doing agreements of any kind.
